About the Yamhill Highflyers

The Yamhill HighFlyers are taking a year off from playing in the International Basketball League. General Manager Eric Bailey has put together an impressive roster of division-1 caliber talent over his two years, especially in the 2010 season where the team was within 11 points of playing in the overall IBL Championship game. "Bailey has a great eye for talent" says IBL Commissioner Mikal Duilio. So, in 2011, the Yamhill Highflyers will take a year off, to protect the brand without incurring costs of time or money; this down year is a chance for the Yamhill Highflyers to rest, regroup and reload for a strong 2012 season; restated- the Yamhill Highflyers will not play again until April of 2012.
